Rock’em Sock’em Robots

Rock'em Sock'em Robots

The Rock’em Sock’em Robots toys have been a classic since 1964.
This ingenious playing device is ideal for children, for the robotic toy enthusiast, boxing enthusiasts, toy collectors and everybody who enjoys a creative toy. This nostalgic piece represent fun memories for entire generations.
The toy’s theme: robots for kids putting it all on the line for them, is very appropriate and can be used to resolve disputes between children in a civilized way.
This product has arguably some legitimate robotic content other than the theme alone. The robot toys actually respond to the commands given through the controls. They don’t have any problem taking orders!
Talking about the controls, I wonder where the video game joystick creator got his idea back in 1967?
Rock’em Sock’em was originally designed by Marvin Glass and Associates. Mattel is currently the owner of the patent.

The Creative Toy

Children love toys because playing is their favorite activity, although most toys can entertain, some toys offer a lot more than others. A Creative Toy provides an opportunity for exploration and developing of aspects such as motor skills, imagination, problem solving, self esteem and much more.

Any toy and most objects can be creative toys if used ingeniously for play by creative children, but there are great products that fall naturally under this developmental toy important category.

Classic wooden toys are a good example of kids educational toys. These toys are excellent from a young age and can keep your children entertained during their whole childhood. Wood is such a noble and clean material for toys.

Blocks toys are the normal association most people have for creative toys and developmental toys alike. LEGO® is not only the leader of the creative toy industry, but one of the most important toy companies in the world. Blocks are intuitive, flexible and fun, hours of distraction and imagination put into work consistently.

The magnetic toy is so interesting, and it stimulates curiosity for science and the laws of nature spontaneously. But toy magnets are very entertaining and have a particular energy that draws kids attention effortlessly. Like with blocks, kids can spend hours playing with magnets and there is a good variety of products in the market place. Fridge toys are very popular and they're also fantastic building sets.

Any gears toy is as creative as it gets. This type of toy is more elaborate than blocks toys with added dynamics and motion, a great introduction to simple mechanics and easy to understand for children. Many gears toys have magnetic elements and you can combine the fascinating attributes of both types of creative toy.

Machine toys are a sophisticated type of electronic learning toys that you can put together with your children when you are ready for new level of challenge and big rewards. Some of the most representative machine toys are robots toys. When you complete a robot toy together, would your kids be proud of such an achievement? What about yourself?

An enjoyable challenge for children's imagination, a fantastic adventure of discovery, any creative toy is a perfect for your family, and you will enjoy it as well.
